Declare your independence from a hot oven: Use Uncle Wally’s Mini Muffins to create a 4th of July dessert worth celebrating!

     Our mouth-watering Mini Muffins give you the head start you need to get this no-bake 4th of July dessert finished in no time – and get started enjoying your holiday.

     Here’s how easy – shall we say liberating? – this 4th of July flag dessert is:


2 cartons Uncle Wally’s Mini Muffins (28 muffins total), any flavor (we used Rich & Moist Blueberry Streusel and Banana Split Ice Cream mini muffins for this recipe).

1 tub vanilla frosting (16 oz.)

½ cup blueberries, rinsed and dried

7  large strawberries, rinsed, dried, cored and sliced in quarters lengthwise


  1. Frost 28 Uncle Wally’s Mini Muffins and place them on a tray in 4 rows of 7 muffins each.
  2. Place 5 or 6 fresh blueberries on top of each of the six muffins on the upper left corner of the tray (refer to photo).
  3. Place one strawberry slice horizontally in the center of each remaining muffin.
  4. Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.
